If you meet The Target Promise conditions and your grade falls below your chosen target, you can receive up to 15% of your booking back in cash or up to 25% as credit towards your next assignment. Work below a Pass qualifies for a full refund. The Groundwork is excluded.
Your grade is always decided by your marker. Our support is aligned with criteria up to Distinction. For High Distinction, you will need to develop further depth and independent insight in your work.
