The Finish offers three review packages and The Build offers two guidance packages. Higher levels include closer feedback and more review rounds or checkpoints. Their names follow the stages of construction, from the foundations to the finishing touches.

These comparisons are indicative and vary between universities. We always base our support on your assignment's actual marking criteria.
Our support is aligned with criteria up to Distinction. For High Distinction, you will need to develop further depth and independent insight in your work. Your marker decides your grade. A partial refund may be available under The Target Promise when all eligibility conditions are met; The Groundwork is excluded.
Support can still fit a shorter timeline.
With The Build, we combine some checkpoints into longer sessions to preserve the full scope of support. You'll need time to write between checkpoints; we agree the schedule when we quote.

Every package has an agreed scope. If we miss an included item or misinterpret the brief, we'll correct it at no extra cost.
Rule 1: The scope guarantee
If an included item is missing or our feedback misinterprets the agreed brief, let us know and we'll correct it at no extra cost.
Rule 2: The turnaround promise
If we miss a delivery time agreed before payment because of an issue on our side, you'll receive credit based on the value of that booking.
Rule 3: The target promise
Choose your target grade when you book so we can align feedback with its criteria. If you meet all eligibility conditions and your result falls below that target, you can choose a partial cash refund or a larger credit towards your next assignment. Work below a Pass qualifies for a full refund under the promise's conditions.

The Groundwork is excluded. The highest target is Distinction, and the promise can be claimed once per assessment. Credit is valid for 6 months and includes a free discussion of your marker's feedback.

- Why isn't there a standard price list?
- Pricing depends on the assignment's length, the support you need and the time available. A final citation check on a 500-word draft is a different task from planning and reviewing a 3,000-word paper, so we quote for each assignment.
- Will The Lodge write my assignment for me?
- No. We help you understand the brief, plan your approach and improve your draft. The ideas and the work you submit remain yours. Check your university's academic integrity rules and tell us about any limits on outside support for your assignment.
- What happens if I don't reach my target grade?
- The Target Promise applies when you choose a target and an eligible package at booking, use all review rounds or checkpoints, submit drafts on schedule and complete the revision checklist. A result one band below target qualifies for a 10% cash refund or 20% credit; two bands below qualifies for 15% cash or 25% credit. Work below a Pass qualifies for a full refund. Send your official result and marker's feedback within 30 days of results being released. The Groundwork is excluded.

- Our feedback focuses on structure, evidence and critical evaluation against Distinction criteria. For High Distinction, you will need to develop further depth and independent insight in your work.
- Can you help if my deadline is in 12 hours?
- It depends on your assignment, the support needed and our availability when you contact us. Send your brief and we'll confirm what is possible, whether a Blueprint session, a Groundwork review or The Build with combined checkpoints.
- What if the feedback doesn't meet the agreed requirements?
- Each The Finish and The Build package has a set number of review rounds or checkpoints. If our feedback misinterprets the agreed brief or we miss an included item, we'll correct it at no extra cost.
- Does everything take place over chat and email?
- Yes. Sessions take place in live chat and feedback is provided in writing, so you can revisit the guidance as you write.
